The tenant-improvement project included selective demolition, interior construction, drywall and finish work, painted surfaces, refinished concrete flooring, customer-facing counter improvements, and preparation and wash-area finishes. The result is a cohesive layout with distinct customer seating, deli service, beverage, and back-of-house areas.
